Kit : Hitter

I'm not sure if this is a good name for the kit. xD (Couldn't think of a good one) But essentially what this kit does is lets you hit faster. It's regular kit PvP with Haste 1 or 2 (up to you) And you just hit people faster. Hope you like my kit idea
